Ideal candidates have strong knowledge of cocktails, a refined hospitality mindset, and the ability to explain flavor profiles clearly to guests while collaborating with the bar and floor teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in a cocktail bar (high-end or craft bar preferred).
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Formal bartending or mixology training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails to the highest standards.
• Provide warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests.
• Maintain consistency, precision, and creativity in cocktail execution.
• Engage with guests, explain cocktail concepts, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
• Ensure bar cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Manage mise en place before service and closing procedures after service.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Work collaboratively with the bar and floor team to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold the brand image and values of a premium cocktail establishment.
