Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. at Changi Airport is seeking Passenger Service Officers to greet and assist passengers from check-in to departure, ensuring a seamless experience for every traveler.

You will be the face of world-class service at Changi, with up to SGD 3,300 monthly base plus allowances and OT. A SGD 5,000 joining bonus is offered, along with AWS and up to 3 months of variable bonuses. Training is provided and opportunities for career growth in aviation are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Airport customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
