Job summary

MCI CONSULTING PTE. LTD. at Changi Airport is looking for a customer service associate to help passengers with check-in, enquiries, and travel support. The role follows a 6-day rotating roster and involves assisting passengers during their arrival and departure journey.

Basic salary ranges SGD 2,000–2,800 per month depending on experience, with a joining bonus of SGD 5,000 and AWS plus variable bonus. Working hours are 8 hours per shift and location is at Changi Airport.

Qualifications

• Welcome and assist passengers with check-in procedures and general enquiries.
• Support passengers throughout their arrival and departure journey.
• Provide assistance to passengers with special requirements and attend to guests at premium airport lounges.
• Assist passengers with baggage-related matters and manage access to designated FAST Assistance queues.
• Perform meet-and-greet and reception duties while providing professional customer service.
• Handle basic computer transactions and update relevant passenger information when required.
