Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Bag Packaging Operator at our West Jalan Tukang facility in Singapore.

This role operates Monday to Friday 8am-4.45pm with Saturday mornings, and offers a salary range of SGD 2,200–2,600 per month. You will be part of the Manufacturing (Vacuum Bag) department and report to the Bag Packaging Supervisor. Key duties include accurate bag packaging, ensuring quality and quantity checks, and maintaining orderly production.

Qualifications

• Understand and follow packaging quality requirements as explained by supervisors.
• Previous experience in packaging is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for accurate bag packaging, quality inspection, material control, equipment care, and maintaining orderly, defect-free production processes.
• Adhere to the approved first article sample validated by the Quality Inspector throughout production.
• Assist in production preparation, perform inspection for quality and quantity, and help others with self-checks to improve quality.
• Handle all products with care to prevent defects during packaging and transfer.
• Keep packaging materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, and tools organized as required.
• Report production issues promptly and rework defects; ensure no defects enter finished goods area.
• Check and maintain production tools daily; use all tools properly.
