Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Bag Packaging Operator for our West Singapore manufacturing site (Boon Lay). The role focuses on accurate bag packaging, quality inspection, material control, and equipment care to maintain defect-free production processes.

Working hours are 8:00am–4:45pm Monday to Friday and 8:00am–12:00pm Saturday, with salary between SGD 2,200 and SGD 2,600. Training and teamwork are emphasized to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow packaging quality requirements as explained by Quality Inspector and Team Leader.
• Previous packaging experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to approved first article sample during production.
• Assist in production preparation and inspect quality and quantity.
• Handle products to prevent defects during packaging and transfer.
• Keep packaging materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, and tools organized.
• Use materials efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Report production issues promptly and rework defective products.
• Inspect and maintain production tools and equipment daily.
• Protect company property and avoid damage to machines, tools, products, or packaging.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
