Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Bag Packaging Operator in Singapore to support accurate bag packaging, quality checks, and efficient production flows. You will follow packaging quality requirements and help maintain orderly work areas within a 5.5-day week.

Responsibilities include inspection for quality, reporting issues promptly, and assisting with defect prevention while preserving equipment and company assets. Previous packaging experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Understand packaging quality requirements as explained by Quality Inspector and Team Leader.
• Previous packaging experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate bag packaging and maintain defect-free production.
• Perform quality and quantity inspections and assist self-checks to improve production quality.
• Handle products to prevent stains, dents or damage.
• Keep packaging materials, semi-finished goods, finished products and tools organized according to layout.
• Use materials efficiently to reduce waste and production costs.
• Report production issues promptly and rework defective products to prevent entry to finished goods.
• Maintain daily checks on production tools and equipment and use them properly.
• Protect company property and avoid intentional damage to machines or packaging.
