Job summary

AKRIBIS SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. seeks a Testing Technician to perform product testing, inspection, troubleshooting and validation to ensure quality and performance. You will work with Engineering, Production and Quality teams to support development and manufacturing of precision stages in high‑tech environments.

The role requires hands‑on, detail‑oriented work with a technical qualification (NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma) and willingness to work shifts or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in testing, manufacturing, production, quality, or related technical field.
• Able to read basic mechanical and/or electrical drawings, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Familiar with testing equipment and measuring instruments.
• Hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts or overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, mechanical, electrical, or system testing according to procedures and specifications.
• Set up, operate, and maintain testing equipment and tools.
• Record and report test results accurately, highlighting issues.
• Troubleshoot and support root cause investigations for product or testing issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to improve testing processes.
