Job summary

PPG Labs in Singapore is hiring a hands-on chef for a part-time, twice-weekly cook cycle (Wednesdays and Sundays). You will work from our recipes and production specs, cooking and portioning meals to individual client targets with strict accuracy, consistency and hygiene.

The role focuses on precision production rather than a traditional kitchen. You will rotate menus across Singaporean, Malay, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, and Western dishes, weigh, pack, label, and

Qualifications

• Commercial kitchen experience in high-volume/production settings.
• Able to follow recipes and production specs precisely.
• WSQ Food Safety certification (or willing to obtain one).
• Reliable and able to commit to both shifts every week.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a rotating menu across multiple cuisines.
• Cook, weigh, and portion meals to client specifications with precision.
• Pack and label meals for dispatch and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards throughout the shift.
• Work within a fixed shift window to meet dispatch schedules.
