Job summary

PAUL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a culinary support role to prepare food items to quality standards and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. You will follow instructions from senior chefs to ensure efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant culinary experience and must be flexible to work various days or shifts. The role offers a high hourly rate, meal allowance, and a focus on FIFO practices.

Responsibilities

• Follow instructions from Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs to complete assigned culinary tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Adapt work schedule to meet business needs, including availability for any day or shift.
• Focus on completing one task at a time to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Complete work lists assigned by Chef de Partie within the designated time frame.
• Ensure food items meet quality and sanitary standards by applying FIFO kitchen practice.
• Store all food products correctly in designated fridges and containers during shifts to maintain freshness and safety.
• Maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards in all culinary work areas and ensure colleagues clean their stations after each service.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and properly at all times and guide colleagues on correct usage.
