Job summary

OT FROZEN FOOD in Singapore is hiring for a meat processing and packing role. You will prepare and pack high quality cuts according to customer specifications, operate CryoVac and other equipment, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

The position is in a refrigerated environment and requires physical fitness to lift 10-20 kg, with focus on sanitation and accurate portioning. Training will cover equipment safety and GMP practices.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit (able to lift cartons 10-20kg)
• Able to handle meat processing equipment safely.
• Experience with GMP and sanitary procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack high quality cuts of meats according to customer specifications using company standards and safety requirements.
• Operate meat processing equipment such as CryoVac, MultiVacs, dicers, needles, slicers and portion cutters.
• Pack, trim and customize portions of meat products using knives or other production equipment.
• Count and stack portions per customer and company specifications.
• Label portions with supplied product labels and set up packing area as required.
• Perform end of day functions and maintain cleanliness of the packing and cutting areas.
