Responsibilities

• Perform duties at the work-station per SOP, Food Safety and Work Safety Standards.
• Weigh, clean and cut meat to standards for customers.
• Attend to customer queries promptly with courtesy.
• Advise customers on meat and poultry selections.
• Replenish chiller and display, observe FIFO.
• Maintain freshness and quality at the meat station and coldroom.
• Maintain housekeeping, grooming and hygiene to reflect the company image.
