Job summary

KLA is seeking a highly skilled professional to advance manufacturing for Electron Optics systems. You will develop processes, test methods and alignment procedures while collaborating with Operations, Design Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to resolve complex issues.

Applicants should have a Doctorate or Master’s in Physics or Electron Optics and be ready to travel up to 15%. Strong analytical and presentation skills are essential to communicate solutions at the divisional level.

Qualifications

Masters or Doctorate in Physics, Electron optics or related fields.
Entry level Doctorate candidates with strong relevant knowledge welcomed.
Minimum qualifications: Doctorate, Master’s or Bachelor's with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, assembly methods, alignment procedures and test methodologies.
Collaborate with Operations, Design Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to solve issues.
Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for yield and reliability issues.
Identify manufacturing risks early and drive mitigation plans through reviews and readiness activities.
Work independently to devise and drive innovative analyses and solutions.
