Job summary

KLA Corporation is seeking a technically skilled professional to advance manufacturing of high-precision Electron Optics systems. You will work across Operations, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve complex issues and improve yield and performance.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s/PhD in Physics or Electron Optics, with hands-on experience in high voltage and electron instruments. Travel up to 15% may be required, and you will contribute to design reviews and production

Qualifications

Doctorate or Master’s degree with strong knowledge in physics or electron optics.
Hands-on experience with high voltage and instrument hands-on setup.
Ability to analyze data and model to improve manufacturability.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for high-precision Electron Optics systems.
Collaborate with Operations, Design Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
Lead root-cause analysis for yield, reliability, and performance using data-driven methods.
Identify risks early and drive mitigation through reviews and production readiness.
Set up complex project plans across resources and drive to completion.
Partner with suppliers and external manufacturers to qualify key components.
