Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically driven Account Manager for a leading precision engineering firm in Singapore. The role bridges internal engineering teams and external clients, overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-precision projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has strong project management, technical knowledge in CNC machining, metrology, and CAD/CAM tools, plus excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years in programme or project engineering roles within precision engineering or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, CAD/CAM software, and metrology is advantageous.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple precision programmes.
• Collaborate with NPI, manufacturing and QA to meet milestones.
• Identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges throughout the lifecycle.
• Apply technical knowledge across precision processes including CNC machining and metrology.
• Oversee prototype development and assess manufacturability of designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components.
• Ensure compliance with quality and tolerance standards.
• Coordinate testing, validation and inspection processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Prepare and present progress reports and risk assessments to stakeholders.
