Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics in Singapore is hiring for a deburring and polishing technician. The role focuses on precision component finishing in a controlled environment, with emphasis on surface quality and accuracy.

You will document processes and collaborate with engineering, QA and production teams. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in deburring/polishing in precision manufacturing, good manual dexterity, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Experience in deburring and polishing of precision components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deburr precision components using various tools and techniques.
• Polish components to required finish and surface quality.
• Inspect deburred and polished parts for defects and document results.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes and inspections.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Collaborate with engineers, QA and production teams.
