Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics or other related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in Precious Metals / FX or other macro derivatives products.
• The ability to assess and understand risk around trading positions and market events.
• Comfort with or interest in options risk management.
• Someone who thrives on the challenge of competitive pressures and is able to remain focused on client needs.
• Maturity and ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced and open environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong, disciplined approach to our controls environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and operate at senior level if required.
