Eastern Pretech Pte Ltd seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the design department and project teams for precast structures. You will ensure structural integrity, develop technical solutions, and coordinate with architects, builders, and authorities.

The role requires a P.E. Singapore registered civil/structural engineer, 5+ years in design management, and BIM proficiency. Travel between Singapore and Malaysia is anticipated. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Professional Civil or Structural Engineer with the PE Board of Singapore.
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in managing the design department with a team of engineers and drafters.
• Experience in precast design and production.
• Basic knowledge and application in BIM.
• Understand the local building codes, especially Eurocode design and authorities requirements.

Aufgaben

• Manage and monitor the daily affairs of the Engineering department and lead project teams to ensure delivery.
• Maintain quality control and ensure works follow project specifications.
• Provide technical solutions to precast-related matters.
• Collaborate with General Manager on engineering matters.
• Interface with Clients/Consultants/Contractors and Government agencies.
