Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard) in Singapore to assist with technical information and solutions for projects and to drive client success.

You will apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success, conduct product demonstrations, and manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems, ensuring seamless pre-sales and implementation support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Engineering / Infocomm Technology (ICT) / Electronics Engineering.
• Training provided.

• Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.

• Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.

Job description

Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard)

Salary: $ 2500 - $ 3000 + OT

3 Bus stop from Tiong Bahru MRT

Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm

Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm
