• Training provided for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects.
• Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.
• Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems.
• Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.

Job description

Role: Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard)

• alary: $ 2500 - $ 3000 + OT


• Address:[ 3 Bus stop from Tiong Bahru MRT ]


• Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm
