Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution engineering for BMS/EMS projects.
• Hands-on experience with electrical and water sub-metering and control systems for lighting and ACMV.
• Strong understanding of Singapore’s building codes, energy efficiency standards, and green mark requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand operational needs and energy goals.
• Develop technical proposals and solution architecture for BMS and EMS.
• Conduct product demos and technical workshops for stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed scope documents and functional specifications.
• Liaise with consultants and contractors to define specifications.
