Catalent, Inc. is seeking a packaging planner to oversee pre-production packaging for clinical trial supplies. You will create compliant pack designs reflecting client needs and GMP requirements, and ensure timely documentation and approvals.

Responsibilities include supplier procurement, coordinating with Project Management, and setting up labels and packaging configurations in relevant systems. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical packaging or GMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with SupplyFlex, Excel, JDE, and SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Plan and prioritise pre-production packaging for clinical trial supplies.
• Create pack designs meeting client needs and GMP requirements.
• Raise QIFs when final pack designs differ from contract.
• Procure packaging components from approved vendors to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with PM to ensure client docs (e.g., Label Approvals) are timely.
• Coordinate label printing setup with Catalent SCH.
• Configure packaging setups in the Global Scan Assembly system.
• Create packaging and labeling documentation (LPFs, Batch Records) via SupplyFlex and manual.
