Eco Ring Singapore is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant to support store and online sales. No prior experience required; training provided and you will learn on the job.

You will welcome customers, handle cashiering, maintain displays, upload product listings, and prepare sold items for delivery. The role is based at Orchard, Singapore, with a five-day week and weekends/public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service attitude and approachable.
• Team player and willing to learn.
• Interest in fashion and pre-owned luxury items.
• Basic computer skills (Google Workspace / MS Office).
• Weekend and public holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with purchases of pre-owned luxury items.
• Handle cashiering and daily sales transactions.
• Maintain store displays and present merchandise neatly.
• Upload product listings with photos and descriptions.
• Pack and prepare sold items for delivery or collection.
