No prior luxury retail experience is required as training and guidance will be provided to help you succeed in the role. Experience in retail, hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an advantage but not essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, selections, and recommendations.
• Develop good product knowledge through training and on-the-job learning.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales targets and deliver excellent service.
• Support daily store operations, including cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Maintain store presentation and create a welcoming shopping environment.
