Job summary

EcoRing is a leading luxury resale company expanding in Singapore. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, learning authentication and valuation of luxury goods, and building lasting customer relationships.

You will handle a dynamic assortment of handbags, watches, jewellery, and designer accessories while developing specialist expertise in valuations and omni-channel operations. Training begins on joining the team and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assess the authenticity, condition, and market value of luxury goods across various brands.
• Research current resale prices, market demand, and industry trends to support accurate valuations.
• Provide customers with professional quotations and explain valuations clearly.
• Deliver friendly and attentive service while building strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams on pricing, purchasing, and other operational matters.
• Assist with other retail and operational duties as required.
