Job summary

Kross Auto Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to join our car sales team, focusing on pre-owned vehicles and identifying customer needs.

You will clearly explain features, warranties, financing plans and after-sales services, respond to enquiries and close sales promptly while maintaining showroom standards.

We offer a basic salary with an attractive, uncapped commission and a friendly, supportive team; weekend and public holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in pre-owned car company
• Able to communicate and write in English and Chinese
• Valid Class 3 Driving License
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Handle the sale of pre-owned vehicles by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options
• Clearly explain vehicle features, warranty coverage, financing plans and after sales services
• Respond to customer enquiries and walk in customer
• Prepare quotations, negotiate sales, follow up on enquiries and close sales in a timely manner
• Maintain impeccable showroom standards and ensure product maintenance is upheld
• Able to portrait teamwork spirit
