• Deliver food and beverages with finesse, ensuring proper timing and presentation.
• Monitor tables proactively to anticipate guest needs.
• Handle complaints or special requests with urgency and empathy.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and teammates.
• Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of FOH areas.
• Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Support opening and closing duties as assigned.

You are expected to embody the highest level of personal presentation, product knowledge, and service etiquette. As the face of Prada caffe, our Waiter / Waitress plays a critical part in creating a welcoming, refined, and memorable customer experience. You work closely with the Front of House (FOH) team to ensure smooth daily operations and upholds the image and values of the brand.
