Responsibilities

• Write press releases, media advisories, speeches, and other documents to communicate client messages clearly and professionally
• Execute daily campaign activities to meet client deadlines, targets, and deliverables efficiently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media to enhance brand visibility and trust
• Proactively pitch media stories to secure coverage and increase client exposure
• Research, prepare, and present proposals to support new business and campaign initiatives
• Conceptualize, execute, manage, and analyze social media campaigns to maximize engagement and reach
• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to boost brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth
• Create, write, and oversee production of high-quality social content aligned with client objectives
• Manage influencer and creator collaborations from sourcing through negotiation to post-campaign analysis
• Stay informed on new platform features, trending formats, algorithm changes, and industry benchmarks to optimize campaigns
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts and projects
• Assist with logistical planning, event conceptualization, and event management support
• Provide administrative support for accounts under your care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Mass communications or marketing degree for fresh graduates considered for Junior Executive roles
• Minimum two to three years of relevant experience in PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Journalism for Executive roles
• Three or more years of relevant experience for Senior Executive and Assistant Manager roles
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through client and media interactions
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail
• Creative thinking to generate fresh ideas and innovative campaign concepts
