Snowflake is expanding its APJ Public Relations team and seeks an experienced PR Manager to elevate Snowflake's leadership in ASEAN. You will develop integrated campaigns, tell customer stories, and partner with executives, customers, partners, and cross‑functional teams to showcase how the AI Data Cloud transforms businesses across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Snowflake is experiencing exponential growth, and we're expanding our APJ Public Relations team to help accelerate our next phase of growth. We're looking for an experienced PR Manager with a passion for technology, storytelling, and strategic communications to elevate Snowflake's leadership across ASEAN.

In this role, you'll develop and execute integrated communications programs that showcase how organizations across the region are using the AI Data Cloud to transform their businesses. You'll partner closely with executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional teams to bring compelling stories to market while building Snowflake's reputation as the leader in data and AI.

This role requires a collaborative communications professional with a strong understanding of the B2B technology landscape and established relationships with key business, technology, and industry media, as well as analysts across ASEAN—initially focused on Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

Reporting to the Director of PR, APJ, this role is based in Singapore.

As the PR Manager (ASEAN), you will:

Drive Thought Leadership

• Identify national, regional, and industry opportunities to position Snowflake as the leading authority in AI and data.
• Partner with executives and subject matter experts to develop compelling thought leadership content that showcases Snowflake's innovation and customer impact.
• Translate complex technology and market trends into stories that resonate with business and technical audiences.

Lead Media and Analyst Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business, technology, trade, and industry media, as well as influential analysts across ASEAN.
• Develop and pitch proactive story angles that highlight Snowflake's innovation, customer success, and market leadership.
• Manage local PR agencies to ensure high-quality execution and measurable results.

Champion Customer and Partner Storytelling

• Identify and develop customer and partner success stories that demonstrate the business value of the AI Data Cloud.
• Drive storytelling across press releases, earned media, executive interviews, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and other communications channels.
• Partner with regional sales, marketing, and customer teams to uncover impactful narratives.

Lead Industry Communications Programs

• Serve as the communications lead for industry-focused campaigns across ASEAN.
• Develop integrated PR programs that reinforce Snowflake's leadership across key verticals, AI innovation, partner ecosystem, and customer success.
• Support product launches, regional campaigns, executive visibility, and day-to-day media engagement.

Create High-Impact Content

• Develop clear, compelling messaging and communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, bylined articles, executive briefing documents, Q&A, social content, and other PR assets.
• Ensure messaging is tailored for regional audiences while remaining consistent with Snowflake's global narrative.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Work closely with marketing, product marketing, sales, customer success, executive communications, and corporate communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Contribute ideas, strategic counsel, and communications support across the broader APJ business.

Our ideal PR Manager (ASEAN) will have:

• 8–10 years of public relations experience in B2B technology, either in-house or at a PR agency.
• Experience supporting one or more of Snowflake's key industries, including financial services, retail and CPG, media and entertainment, healthcare, manufacturing, telecommunications, or the public sector.
• Strong relationships with business, technology, and industry media, as well as analysts across ASEAN.
• Proven experience developing strategic narratives, identifying newsworthy stories, preparing spokespeople, and delivering measurable communications outcomes.
• The ability to simplify complex technology concepts into compelling stories that resonate with business audiences.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing external PR agencies and driving high-performing partnerships.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
