Job summary

Finn Partners Singapore is seeking a Coordinator (PR) to join our Integrated Communications team. This role offers exposure to content development, account management, client and media relations, and business development.

You will coordinate on accounts, liaise with clients, produce reports, and help pitch story ideas to media while building careers in B2B communications across tech, energy and more.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of working experience; agency experience preferred but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing across topics and ability to communicate B2B business messages.
• Quick learner, proactive, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide general support and coordination on accounts.
• Liaise with the client on day-to-day deliverables.
• Deliver reports and provide updates to clients.
• Research and draft quality B2B content for earned and owned media.
• Conceptualize and pitch story ideas to media and coordinate media opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with media.
• Contribute to brainstorm sessions and assist in new business development.
