Job summary

FINN Partners in Singapore seeks a Director to lead our financial services and technology communications work. You will steer strategy across a portfolio of demanding accounts, oversee counsel, and ensure campaigns land across earned, content, digital, and social channels.

You’ll grow the practice by spotting opportunities, leading pitches, and building client relationships in the region. You’ll manage budgets, scopes, forecasting, and profitability while coaching a team of consultants and

Qualifications

• Around 10 years in PR or integrated communications, ideally agency-side.
• Strong expertise across financial services, enterprise technology, and/or cybersecurity.
• Track record in media relations, senior client counsel, and issues management.
• Experience developing integrated strategies across earned, content, digital, creative and social.
• Sound understanding of financial services regulation, and experience working with legal/compliance/risk teams.
• Strong strategic planning, proposal, and pitch development skills.
• Team leadership, mentoring, resource planning, and commercial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy across a portfolio of FS and technology accounts.
• Lead counsel and ensure work lands across channels (earned, content, digital, social).
• Grow the practice by spotting opportunities and leading pitches.
