Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to design and deliver power systems and distribution solutions in Singapore. The role focuses on transformers, MV/LV switchgears, and prefabricated substations, with emphasis on documentation and standards compliance.

You will review customer requirements, prepare SLDs and BOMs, and coordinate with regional stakeholders. Expect travel for regional projects and hands-on support during FAT/SAT and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant electrical design experience in power systems/T&D.
• Hands-on experience with Power & Distribution Transformers, MV/LV Switchgears, and Prefabricated Substations.
• Knowledge of electrical design principles, standards and documentation; experience using AutoCAD, EPLAN or ETAP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver electrical engineering solutions for power transmission and distribution applications.
• Review requirements and translate into electrical system designs (SLDs, schematics, GA drawings, BOMs, specs).
• Lead technical coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Provide technical support during FAT, SAT, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting.
