Job summary

Merries Employment LLP client is seeking an assistant engineer to perform power-system troubleshooting, checks, testing and commissioning at Ang Mo Kio and project sites.

The role includes maintaining records, following procedures, and reporting progress to the designated project supervisor. Diploma in Electronics or equivalent ITE is required, with at least 1 year in power systems and ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or equivalent ITE is required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in power systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with project team to meet testing and commissioning schedules.
• Record test results and report progress in prescribed format.
• Carry out maintenance, labelling and terminations for power systems.
• Update diagrams and system drawings for submission.
• Follow site safety requirements and authorised procedures.
