Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in electrical, surge protection or power systems.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient with Windows applications; strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Be the Subject Matter Expert for Power Reliability products and solutions.
• Provide technical support to region sales subsidiaries and customers.
• Conduct multi-tier product and solution training for different audiences.
• Develop demos, whitepapers, short videos, and marketing collaterals.
• Design and develop product-mix solutions addressing market needs.
• Coordinate customer-specific lab tests and manage local product approvals.
• Travel to customer locations for technical consultation.
• Collaborate with BU and RBUs for market feedback.
