EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED seeks an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Engineer to design intelligent workflows and copilots using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse. You will integrate enterprise data sources, build secure connectors, and apply advanced prompt engineering.

You will collaborate across teams to implement Graph API integrations, LLM-backed automation, and scalable ALM practices.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Experience integrating enterprise backend systems using connectors and Graph APIs.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and LLM-powered copilots.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for integration logic.
• Familiarity with ALM practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Platform Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, and enterprise-grade integrations. You will design and develop intelligent workflows, copilots, and automation solutions that leverage modern LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and Microsoft Graph API integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Copilot Studio Development: Build, extend, and maintain copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including topics, entity extraction, actions, and generative answers. Develop custom extensions using Power Automate, custom connectors, and APIs. Integrate copilots with enterprise data sources such as Dataverse, Graph API, SharePoint, Azure Functions, and external services.
• Power Platform Engineering: Design and develop Power Automate flows, including cloud, desktop, and business process flows. Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps with responsive UI and Dataverse-backed data models. Implement Dataverse schema, tables, relationships, business rules, and calculated columns. Apply ALM practices using ADO and GitHub.
• Integrations & Connectors: Use custom connectors and Power Platform connectors to integrate backend systems, including REST APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and third-party services like SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce. Ensure secure authentication via OAuth2 or Azure AD, throttling management, and robust exception handling.
• Prompt Engineering & LLM Applications: Design high-quality prompts, system instructions, and few-shot examples for LLM-powered copilots. Apply grounding using enterprise data, Dataverse, and SharePoint APIs. Work with hybrid/vector retrieval and RAG patterns where required.
• Microsoft Graph API: Implement secure integration with Microsoft Graph API to access and manipulate M365 users and groups, mail and calendars, files and drives, and Teams channels. Create Graph-powered automations inside Power Automate and copilots.

Primary Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop), Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), and Dataverse.
• Extensive experience integrating backend systems using connectors, GRAPH APIs, Azure Functions, Dataverse, and 3rd-party services.

Secondary Skills

• Experience in building LLM apps and agents.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry project hubs, deployments, prompt flows, and evaluations.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript for agent logic, function calling, and API integrations.
• Solid understanding of LLM prompting, system prompts, few-shot patterns, and safety guardrails.
• Experience with Azure services including AI Search, OpenAI/OSS model deployments, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Event Grid/Service Bus.
• Knowledge of RAG design, chunking strategies, embeddings, hybrid search, and rerankers.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, IaC, observability, and cost optimization for LLM workloads.
