Job summary

FIELDCORE SERVICE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL LLC, located in Singapore, seeks a senior field service professional to oversee power generation site activities, including on-site installation, preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation.

You will respond to emergency repairs, provide technical guidance to customer representatives, and ensure safety standards during outages while delivering high-quality service and thorough reporting.

Qualifications

• Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites
• Coaching, mentoring and training other TFAs and team members in field engineering and product knowledge
• Drive safety during outages and ensure adherence to GE safety standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management of the power generation site activities
• Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment and ongoing preventive maintenance, repair and calibration after installation
• Respond to requests for emergency repairs and services to troublesome equipment
• Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair and maintenance at customer's sites
• Perform oversight of other TFAs performing administrative functions—writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, and time/expense sheets
• Sign off on all changes implemented
• Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality
• Maintain strong safety mindset to reflect safety standards
• Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance checks on wide range of equipment
• Coach, mentor and train TFAs and field technicians to boost competence
• Support EHS campaigns and intervene to uphold policies
• Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records
