Job summary

Espire Infolabs is seeking a hands-on Digital Workplace Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to support SharePoint migration and build practical solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.

You will work on migrations, site configurations, and workflow development, applying basic JavaScript/TypeScript skills and leveraging tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Manager to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience developing or supporting SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with SharePoint Online sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, permissions and basic administration.
• Hands-on exposure to SharePoint migration, including content assessment, migration execution, validation or issue remediation.
• Experience with ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Manager or a similar migration tool is preferred; willingness to learn may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Support SharePoint migration projects end-to-end.
• Develop practical solutions using SharePoint Online, Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure proper permissions, metadata and governance.
• Assist with basic development tasks in JavaScript/TypeScript; exposure to SPFx/React and REST APIs is a plus.
