Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow in AI/ML for Tissue Analytics within the Quantitative Biosciences group at our Biopolis, Singapore lab. The role focuses on developing innovative AI/ML methods for tissue analytics, digital pathology, and biomarker discovery, with opportunities to publish and collaborate across disciplines.

You will work at the intersection of data science, pathology, biology, translational medicine, and drug discovery, contributing to

Formación

• PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
• Experience with ML/DL, including foundation models and multimodal learning.
• Hands-on programming in Python with ML frameworks; cloud experience a plus.
• Experience in digital pathology, tissue imaging, or computational pathology is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for tissue analytics and digital pathology.

• Formulate hypotheses, run computational studies, and interpret results.
