Job summary

Hudson River Trading (HRT) seeks a PostTrade Strategy Specialist to join its PostTrade team in Singapore. You will lead initiatives to improve processes and design new solutions enabling broader trading across asset classes, exchanges, and products.

You will work with the PostTrade Tech team to define requirements and architect infrastructure to support new opportunities and strategically optimize the current setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior hands-on operational role supporting trading.
• Experience on buy-side and sell-side is preferred.
• Deep understanding of prime brokers' strategic role.
• Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deploy advanced post-trade technologies and risk controls
• Design scalable onboarding processes to reduce go-to-market time for new initiatives globally
• Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to devise and implement global optimizations
• Evaluate processes, relationships, and systems to identify opportunities for automation and growth
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize data ingestion for reconciliation, reporting, analytics
