Hudson River Trading (HRT) seeks a Crypto Business Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our digital assets business in Singapore. You will scale critical business functions across platform management, data integrity, project management, treasury processes, and execution.

The successful candidate thrives in a fast-paced market, is eager to learn about automated trading and digital assets, and serves as the primary liaison between HRT and its counterparties.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, financial operations, markets, or related field.
• Solid understanding of trading and exchanges is required.
• Knowledge of trading systems, risk, hedging, forks, PoW vs PoS, and other digital assets features.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage business operations of HRT's digital assets trading business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with exchanges, platforms and external counterparties.
• Partner with accounting, operations, and platform teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Research and evaluate new markets for potential trading opportunities and implement with traders and developers.
• Track and manage marketplace changes—technical, product, pricing, and legal developments.
• Work with developers and infrastructure on performance optimization.
• Immerse oneself in the marketplace to understand idiosyncrasies affecting HRT.
