We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented, and investment-oriented individuals to join us as Portfolio Executives. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting portfolio monitoring, investment research, performance analysis, and the preparation of portfolio reviews to support informed wealth management decisions.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with financial data, following market developments, analysing investment portfolios, and developing practical insights to support long-term investment strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and reviewing client investment portfolios based on their financial objectives and investment strategies
- Conduct research on market developments, economic trends, asset classes and investment opportunities
- Analyse portfolio performance, allocation and relevant investment dataPrepare portfolio reports, performance reviews, investment analysis and presentation materials
- Monitor portfolio allocations and identify areas that may require further review or consideration
- Track relevant market and investment developments and translate key insights into useful information for client discussions
- Assist in preparing investment proposals and portfolio review materials for client meetings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client portfolios, investment information and performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the implementation, monitoring and ongoing review of client investment solutions
- Stay updated on financial markets, investment products, economic developments and industry trends
- Support business development and client engagement initiatives by providing relevant portfolio and investment insights
Requirements
- Singaporean/PR
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognised Bachelor's Degree
- Prior experience in portfolio management, investment, banking, wealth management, financial analysis, financial services or a related field will be an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills
- Keen interest in financial markets, investment strategies and portfolio management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with financial information and data
- Good research and problem-solving skills with a willingness to continuously develop investment knowledge
- Comfortable working with reports, presentations and portfolio analysis
- Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
