The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in startup ecosystems and a proven track record in ecosystem building. This is a 2-year contract located at Kent Ridge Campus, with a focus on community engagement and portfolio health.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in startup ecosystems, innovation platforms, venture building, community leadership, or partnerships.
• Proven track record in ecosystem building and ability to identify high-potential founders.
• Startup founder experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a proactive sourcing pipeline of startups and scale-ups.
• Design and manage the onboarding experience for companies joining BLOCK71.
• Monitor portfolio health and refresh the resident mix as needed.
