Job summary

The role collaborates with Senior Management, Finance, Actuarial and Group Office, and engages external stakeholders such as intermediaries and regulators.

Key duties include leading management reporting, building Tableau dashboards, and handling reinsurance reporting and treaty reviews to align with Group

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Studies, Business, Data Analytics, or Math & Stats.
• 2–7 years in Actuarial/Group Insurance, Data analytics, or management reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Proficient with SQL and at least one programming language.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Quickview, Power BI).
• Meticulous and detail-oriented; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Management Reporting (50%) – ensure timely/accurate internal and regulatory reports, support decision making.
• Tableau Dashboards (20%) – develop/maintain dashboards for monitoring and strategy.
• Reinsurance Management and Administration (15%) – report submissions, review/negotiation of treaties, ensure compliance.
• Others (15%) – other duties to meet strategic/financial/operational goals.
