Job summary

NHG Population Health, part of NHG Health, is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Population Health Management (PHM) Department in Singapore. The role focuses on BI indicators, population profiling, and dashboards to guide clinical and operational decisions.

Using SQL, Python, R, and Tableau/Power BI, you will blend diverse data sources, ensure data quality, and translate findings into insights for technical and non-technical audiences in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• A degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, computer science, economics, or a related field is required.
• Experience in health informatics or public health analytics is a plus.
• Experience in data analytics in healthcare settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BI indicators aligned with internal priorities and reporting requirements.
• Draw on multiple data sources to profile populations and inform service planning.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to visualize health metrics for stakeholders.
• Conduct data quality checks, investigate anomalies, and reconcile data definitions.
