Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a policy analyst to develop and review vehicle ownership and utilisation policies, including COE and road charging. Responsibilities

• Develop and review policies relating to vehicle ownership and usage, including COE and taxes
• Conduct quantitative and policy analyses to understand travel patterns and trends
• Design interventions leveraging digital tech and nudges to promote sustainable travel
• Monitor transport and mobility developments and assess implications for policy
• Prepare policy papers and briefing materials for senior management
• Engage with government agencies, industry, academia and community stakeholders
