Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a policy administration professional to handle new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate data in the core system.

You will also respond to inquiries from clients, agents and brokers, and support collaboration with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams while maintaining MAS regulatory standards. Diploma or degree plus 1–3 years in insurance is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or customer support.
• Experience in Life Insurance or General Insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and within SLA.
• Update policyholder information, beneficiary details, and payment instructions in the core system.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, agents, and brokers regarding policy status, premiums, and benefits.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues related to policy servicing with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Finance teams to resolve complex cases.
• Adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS guidelines), and internal control procedures.
• Prepare routine reports on policy servicing metrics (e.g., turnaround time, error rates).
