Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, pathfinding, analytical, writing and communication skills.
• Comfortable with using data to identify critical policy issues and concerns to work on.
• Good interpersonal skills to engage and seek buy-in from stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and steer policies and initiatives to uplift lower-wage workers.
• Support the employment of older workers and flexible work arrangements.
• Develop tripartite guidelines and standards for inclusive workplaces.
• Leverage data analytics to develop policy solutions and monitor outcomes.
• Engage with tripartite stakeholders to seek alignment and consensus.
• Collaborate with operations divisions and government partners.
