The Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) invites applications for a Policy Officer in the Arts and Heritage Division, within the Ecosystem & Partnerships Team. You will help formulate cross-cutting strategies, analyze policies, and coordinate international partnerships to strengthen Singapore's arts and heritage sector.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in arts and heritage sector.
• Ability to analyse, assess and advise on arts and cultural ecosystem policies, with economic analysis.
• Synthesising information and data to advise on policy trade-offs and impact.
• Experience with economic policy, industry development, or workforce planning is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• As Policy Officer, formulate and review cross-cutting strategies and policies affecting the cultural ecosystem.
• Analyse and advise on arts, heritage, and related government policies aligning with MCCY strategy.
• Collaborate with MCCY partners, public service agencies, and cultural institutions.
• Manage international partnerships and represent Singapore at arts and culture fora.
• Coordinate bilateral/multilateral engagements and sector-wide events with international partners.
• Support secretariat duties, information collation, and meeting coordination.
