Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an attorney with at least 1 year PQE to render comprehensive legal advice across contract, IP, employment, and governance matters in a 1-year engagement at our Novena location in Singapore.

You will draft and vet contracts, MOUs, terms and conditions, NDAs, and related documents, liaise with regulatory bodies, and contribute to policy discussions and education initiatives. On-site work in Singapore with a competitive monthly salary.

Qualifications

PQE of at least 1 year in private practice or in-house legal.
Experience drafting and reviewing contracts and MOUs.
Experience in legal research and stakeholder management.
Trained in Law and registered under Legal Profession Act.

Responsibilities

Render advice and provide practical solutions on contract, IP, employment, and corporate matters.
Draft, vet, and provide advice on contracts, MOUs, terms, and NDAs.
Draft and deliver legal talks and participate in legal tech initiatives.
Support enforcement issues under regulatory acts as needed.
