Job summary

SMRT Corporation Ltd is seeking a Technical Officer in PMO to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of station shop facilities through scheduled inspections and fault diagnosis. You will collaborate with contractors to manage ACMV issues promptly, uphold high service standards and safety.

Key duties include inspections, acting as work supervisor for ACMV faults, participating in pre-AWI and reinstatement, and conducting preventive and corrective maintenance with thorough reporting to the

Qualifications

NITEC in Building Services Technology, Mechanical / Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
2–3 years of relevant work experience in operations and maintenance.
Willingness to perform shifts and night work.

Responsibilities

1. Station Shop Inspections: conduct regular inspections of station shops and document symptoms/defects.
2. Fault Management: act as SMRT Work Supervisor for ACMV faults and coordinate with contractors.
3. Inspection Participation: attend pre-AWI, AWI and shop reinstatement to ensure compliance.
4. Preventive Maintenance: carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and document temperature/airflow.
5. Corrective Maintenance: oversee planned maintenance and report follow-ups to the Supervisor.
