Job summary

Shopee in Singapore is looking for interns to join their SG PMO team. You will be involved in designing seller education materials and managing seller account sign-ups. The ideal candidate should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

This internship provides the opportunity to collaborate with various business functionalities in Singapore and work closely with cross-department stakeholders while gaining valuable experience over a period of 3-6 months.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part-time interns should be able to commit at least 3 working days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design and craft seller education materials for various steps of seller journey.
• Manage inbound seller sign-ups and support sellers to activate accounts.
• Manage processes of mass incubation and track seller participation.
